A Place Your Horse Can Call Home, And So Can You.

About Our Facility

Sunny Days sits on 22 fully fenced acres in Atco, NJ, a quiet, working farm built for horses and the people who love them. The 15-stall barn is fully equipped with electricity and running water, and the property includes a 60-foot round pen and two sand riding arenas outfitted with jumps, barrels, and a pole-bending set. Horses enjoy spacious paddocks, each with its own run-in shed for shelter and turnout on their terms. And just two blocks away, Wharton State Forest opens up hundreds of miles of trails, so whether you're a trail rider at heart or just looking to mix up your routine, the ride never has to end at the arena gate.

Every horse at Sunny Days is cared for as an individual. Grain is fed twice daily on a program tailored to your horse's needs, with unlimited hay and water always available and salt and mineral blocks in every field. Stalls and run-ins are cleaned daily, and pasture fields are maintained three times a week, because a clean environment is a healthy one. All horses are required to have a current Coggins and up-to-date vaccinations at intake, keeping the whole herd protected.

Sunny Days draws riders from all walks of the horse world, and is a true "all-around" facility with trail riders, barrel racers, pleasure riders, and plenty who don't fit a discipline. There are no program commitments here, no pressure to compete or conform. Everyone is welcome as they are.
